The happy hughes light/medium glute band from our tie dye collection is colorful to say the least. This resistance is great for those of you who may be new to glute band training and/or someone looking for a lighter resistance. 

Bands come with rubber strips on the inside that will prevent the band from riding up your leg as you exercise.

 

You can use this band for exercises like squats, lunges, hip thrusts, kickbacks & more.

Too flexible

I lost my original one that I loved. I ordered another and it was too stretchy—not enough resistance. Disappointing…I couldn’t find a heavier resistance option.

Doesn’t roll!

I love this band because it doesn’t roll up my legs like the other ones I’ve owned. It stays in place and it’s super cute too!
