The bloom band is a stylish, heavy resistance glute band from our bloom collection. This band is also our smaller fit band, meaning the band itself will fit you tighter than our newer collections. With an eye-catching composition of flowers, this resistance band is a little more difficult than our traditional bands. Designed for those of you who are looking to add a little more difficulty to your workouts. 

Our glute bands come with rubber strips on the inside that will prevent the band from riding up your leg as you exercise. 

You can use this band for exercises like squats, lunges, hip thrusts, kickbacks & more.
