Medium Resistance

Our Waves Glute Band may be our most stylish band of 2022. This resistance is perfect / the "sweet spot" of glute bands. We have made the overall band a bit bigger and increased the elasticity. This is also the first hand-drawn design that DANK has ever had. 

Each glute band comes with rubber strips on the inside that will prevent the band from riding up your leg as you exercise.

(Great for squats, hip-thrusts, kickbacks & more) 

Our new product line also comes with individual carrying cases for your items.

No more rolling bands!

I love this band! I have struggled for years with the traditional resistance bands rolling on my athletic legs, no more! Great quality, non slip. Definitely recommend. Would say this is definitely medium resistance. Four stars due to not having a heavy resistance band option. Still love it and will likely buy more.
