I have loved using this pad! It’s crazy cute, and the Velcro is great. It’s more firm than the one I used at the gym and I worried I wouldn’t like that but it’s actually felt much better since the bar doesn’t eat through the pad with the weight. It’s a bit of a learning curve to put the storage case back on but I do love having it so it doesn’t get dirty just being out. Considering buying more patterns so I can have one to match my gym outfit of the day lol.

I’ve used this pad for hip thrusts and for squats so far and it is awesome. The matching carrying case protects it from getting dirty while it rests on the gym floor during the rest of my workout. The design is also really cute! Definitely would recommend purchasing!
