Our glute band resistance has been redesigned for 2022. This resistance is perfect / the "sweet spot" of glute bands. We have made the overall band a bit bigger and increase the elasticity. 

Each glute band comes with rubber strips on the inside that will prevent the band from riding up your leg as you exercise. (Great for squats, hip-thrusts, kickbacks & more)
